If you register two or more accounts on HaiChuan, it may be possible to rate each other, but this is not easy to achieve. As most people know, in the second grade of elementary school, one can only give one rating per session, a maximum of five ratings per day, and repeated ratings are not allowed. This means you must post more topics that are useful for the forum (otherwise you risk having points deducted, which would not be worth it); even if you post five topic posts, you can only earn five units of wealth in a day. So what’s the point of registering two or more accounts at the beginning without posting anything? If these accounts all post frequently, it will surely contribute to making the forum more prosperous, and I think this brings only benefits with no drawbacks for the forum. We should all be aware that once Hai Chuan reaches the fourth grade, there are basically no restrictions on reading and downloading materials. Even if one assigns scores to others to raise their own rank, it doesn’t offer any real benefit; it merely satisfies a desire to improve one’s status. The increased scoring privileges can only be used to contribute to the forum, and they won’t have any impact on the forum’s development. So why not do it?
Records should be kept of the accounts and the IP addresses used frequently for logging in, so as to make comparisons and determine which IPs are consistently associated with them
Personally, I think there’s no problem with creating multiple accounts; every forum has them, and it’s impossible to prevent that. Binding IPs is not practical, as many people here access the forums from work, and their IPs are likely to be the same. In my opinion, there’s no point in registering multiple accounts; on Zhongtian Forum, only one account can be logged in per device
Having multiple accounts is too troublesome; it’s better to post two posts instead
I don’t think registering multiple accounts has much practical value
Those who really want to learn something on this forum wouldn’t do such pointless things. Someone like me, for example, has to work during the day; I usually visit the forum at night to read some materials. Who has the energy to create several accounts just to mess around? As for those who want to do such things, even if you bind their IP addresses, they can still use proxies. It has a bit of the vibe of protecting the honest while ignoring the dishonest, hehe
