I need to prepare a skimming scheme for the hydroprocessing reactor. Do anyone have a template? Thank you first
This is similar to a normal shutdown; only instead of performing maintenance, the reaction system is kept under N2 pressure. A large-scale distillation cycle or a single-tank cycle can be used, or light oils such as diesel can be fed in. The feed system or circulation process may be utilized, or the oil can be drained from the system. The reactor is isolated using blind flanges, and N2 is blown through the cold hydrogen valve to maintain a slight positive pressure, allowing operations to proceed. Make sure to take measures to prevent freezing and condensation in winter!
