In what situations is an eccentric mixer used when people express their own opinions?

We have a new project where the mixing shaft needs to be eccentric; please share your opinions.
What is the shape of the mixer itself? For circular containers, an eccentric structure is generally used only as a last resort; I’ve never encountered it before, and I hope the original poster can share their experience. :lol
An eccentric mixer can achieve uneven mixing of materials; it is generally used when there is a need to increase the mass transfer rate during material mixing, when a more intense mixing is required, thereby creating a turbulent mixing condition； It is also used when there are layout conflicts due to the need to add temperature and level sensors as well as other downflow pipelines.
I firmly believe that eccentric stirring yields better results than concentric stirring, but it has poorer stability.
Does the poster mean that the mixer is eccentric with respect to the equipment, rather than the mixer itself being eccentric?
