If the container is sealed, forced ventilation is required.

In my opinion, it’s not that oxygen supply is completely prohibited; the key lies in the method used to supply oxygen and ensure proper ventilation. The ventilation method, as well as the selection of vents and exhaust openings, wind speed, and ventilation time, are all particularly critical factors. Furthermore, as mentioned above, in enclosed areas containing toxic and harmful substances, using gas-tight equipment is the safest option (explosion protection is also important). Under no circumstances should oxygen be introduced; there have been accidents where a few sparks appeared inside, which caused a fire and led to severe burns for the people involved! Only air circulation is allowed!
I agree with the original poster’s view: oxygen must not be introduced under any circumstances. If welding or similar operations are to be carried out inside, a fire hazard analysis must be conducted, regular monitoring must take place, and someone must be present to oversee the operation and ensure fire safety measures are in place. The equipment must also be isolated, with blind flanges installed at the connections to the pipes.
