How to conduct low-temperature impact tests on 16Mn

Dear experts: I plan to use ZG16Mn material for pressure-bearing components, with an operating temperature of -20°C; a low-temperature impact test is required. Who knows how to conduct a low-temperature shock test?
The freezing point of saturated salt water can reach around -20 degrees. It’s not clear whether an ice-water mixture using this can be used.
