What is the process flow for producing sulfuric acid from pyrite? Please those who know answer it**Raw material section:** Grab crane – hopper – disk feeder – belt conveyor (permanent magnet magnetizer) – vibrating screen (to remove excess powder from the coarse material) – belt conveyor – hopper (a hoist may be required if the hopper is at a high position) – feeder in front of the furnace – **Baking section**.
**Baking section:** Fluidized bed furnace (equipped with auxiliary devices such as a furnace bottom fan and secondary fans) – waste pot – cyclone – electrostatic precipitator (slag is discharged through a slag discharge machine) – **Purification section**.
**Purification section:** Air-cooling tower – power wave device – washing tower – electrostatic demister – **Dry absorption section**. Tail gas absorption section: Due to varying requirements, processes, and equipment among different manufacturers, liquid ammonia, caustic soda, soda ash, lime water solution, or calcium carbide slag solution are generally used to absorb the tail gas.
