Now that there is a DCS control system, what other instruments need to be installed? I’m not posting this out of malice; I’m genuinely seeking help!
I’m not sure what you mean by “mounted”. Could you explain it more clearly?
I think the PLCs that come as part of those complete sets of equipment are considered installed, as are the devices used for measuring the speed and vibration of the units. Other than that, there are special instruments such as electric contact level gauges and similar ones. I haven’t said everything. The installation of toxic gas detectors and combustible gas detector secondary instruments is generally independent of the DCS system.
