His role as a team member is only temporary; I believe he will be able to return to his position as moderator. It’s really not easy to be a good moderator; the workload is extremely heavy.
Titles such as moderator, technician, or engineer aren’t important; at least I don’t pay attention to them. What matters to me is whether I’ve been able to provide answers and assistance to others. Even if a classmate from the same year possesses excellent professional skills, I would still admire him.
