I am looking for a complete feasibility study report on coal-based methanol production as well as the use of methanol in MTO processes to produce olefins. If anyone has such information, please contact me at 13819187838 or 59022336. I need it urgently within this month; please leave your phone number or contact details in a reply, and I will get in touch with you. This post was last edited by KXDBY on 2007-12-18 at 15:28
Complete? Who dares! Especially those involving investment estimates, equipment selection, processes, etc., which involve technical aspects and intellectual property rights... The only things that can be made public are some general statements that are outdated and of little use (though they can serve as a basic reference, I guess). Ah ah.
These are all confidential documents; it’s very difficult! We have them in our hospital; everything I wanted to see last time wasn’t allowed!
I wonder how much a 300,000-ton facility costs? 2 billion?
300,000 tons of methanol to produce MTO? Does it include the olefin separation later on?
How much is it including, and how much without it?
The investment for producing olefins from 600,000 tons of methanol is roughly 18 billion yuan; the investment required for a production capacity of 1800,000 tons of methanol is about 9 billion yuan. As for the costs associated with olefin separation, I’m not sure – you can look at a feasibility study report to find out their estimates
1.8 million tons of methanol, 600,000 tons of olefins – that’s the standard combination! The budget is around 18 billion; our facility was built earlier, so the amount was less back then!
Find a budget for olefin separation and polymerization, and let the original poster use the scale index method to do the calculations
Back then, we spent 810 million yuan! Olefin separation not included!
