Corrosion of acid distributors and countermeasures

During this maintenance period, the dry absorption tower, which had been out of service for over two years, was inspected and it was found that there were many holes in the acid separation device located in the upper part of the tower. Is it columnar or slot-type, what material is it made of? It would be better if a texture could be applied so everyone can take a look.
It has been worn in many places and is basically beyond use. If you want to use it reliably for a long time, it’s recommended to replace it; if you only plan to use it for a week or two, then just repair it. When replacing it, make sure to take measures to prevent corrosion!
Our company used acid-resistant cast iron before; corrosion occurred mainly when the acid concentration was too low. Acid-resistant cast iron probably doesn’t provide any corrosion protection.
After discussing for half a day, no clarification was given regarding the type of distributor; it is presumed to be a tubular acid distributor.
