That friend has a small software for calculating the weight of bolts and nuts as well as the length of bolts (for different pressure levels). I now have a lot of things that need to be calculated, and doing it manually is too troublesome. Thank you!
Just estimate the fasteners roughly – is it really necessary to be that accurate? I really want something like that; there are apparently small software tools for this on the internet, so give it a search! ! !
If the diameter is not large, an estimate is sufficient; accuracy isn’t necessary. Search for the software online.
The length of the bolt is determined by the thickness of the components to be connected. The length of the bolt’s tail that protrudes from the nut is generally set at L = 1.5t to 5t (where t is the pitch). As for calculating the weight, it can be found in the national standard manuals; for custom bolts, the weight can be calculated oneself, and it’s quite simple to do so.
