There are sediments in the front and rear reaction tanks of our company, and they need to be cleaned every year for maintenance. Especially the front reaction tank has more sediments.

Our general rule here is that the brine should have a reaction time of 30 minutes in the reaction tank. Know the size of the reaction tank based on the maximum flow rate. There is a large amount of sedimentation in the baffle trough. Then enter the clarification barrel.
The diameter of the rear reaction tank is related to the design capacity, and there will be no problem in the design. The large amount of precipitation in the post-reaction tank mentioned by the poster is due to the frequent back-mixing of the pre-processor and poor mixing with the post-reaction tank. Calcium carbonate is a small crystal particle that is not easy to precipitate, so the possibility should be ruled out.
The brine flow rate can be determined according to the filtration capacity of the filter. Since the impurity content in the brine is different, the precipitation produced will be different after refining, so it is normal for there to be precipitation in the front and rear reaction tanks. Generally, the impurities in sea salt may be larger, and the salt quality in Qinghai Lake is better. Our company also cleans the impurities in the tank once a year.
