On Ministry of Chemical Industry standards and petrochemical standards

Regarding the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and those of the petrochemical industry: the flanges used on level gauges in the instrumentation field comply with the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, while the materials used for pipes follow the petrochemical industry standards. Their dimensions are the same, both being DN50, PN15.0. Is it possible to install them together?
The Ministry of Chemical Industry standards “Steel Pipe Flanges, Gaskets, and Fasteners” HG20592–20635–97: among these, HG20615–20626 belong to the American system, with nominal pressure ranges of 2.0, 5.0, 11.0, 15.0, 26.0, and 42.0 Mpa. HG20592–20605, on the other hand, belong to the European system, with nominal pressure levels of PN=0.25, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0, and 25.0 Mpa – a total of 10 pressure grades. The American series can be interchanged with SH3406
The HG standard includes both the European series and the American series, whereas the SH standard is based primarily on the American series; components from different series are not interchangeable
