Distillation column boiling problem

Our company has several sieve-plate columns, about 50 meters tall, with 80 plates and a column diameter of 1800 mm； There are several packed towers, about 30 m high, with regular mesh-packed materials ； May I ask if it is possible to use 3Kg of low-pressure steam as the steam for the cooking tower?
It should be possible, though it will take a bit longer; the time after purging until steam appears must be at least 48 hours.
