Shandong Weiqiao Marine Chlor-Alkali Project is located in the Eastern Development Zone of Zhanhua County, Shandong Province. I visited it a few days ago. The key plant has been built and some equipment is in place.

:) :time: Binzhou Ocean Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong Weiqiao Entrepreneurship Group. Weiqiao Entrepreneurship Group Co., Ltd. is located at the southern end of the Shandong Plain, close to the Jiaoji Railway and Jiqing Expressway, 70 kilometers away from Jinan and 30 kilometers away from Zibo. It is a company with 10 industrial groups. With total assets of 32 billion yuan and 160,000 employees, it is a large comprehensive enterprise integrating cotton industry, cotton spinning, weaving and sorting, dyeing and finishing, clothing, home textiles, thermoelectricity, aluminum industry, and marine chemicals.
