Due to limited knowledge and experience in calculations, please help me calculate whether the requirements can be met under such conditions: the furnace is a diffusion type, 8M2, 613 hoods, 4-5.5 small holes, the sulfuric acid fan is R602 (153M3/MIn), the diameter of the absorption tower is ￠1600, and other unknowns. The requirement is to produce 50 tons of acid (98%) per day. Please help me.

By the way, the furnace fan is 70M3/MIN, roasting about 45% of the sulfur concentrate, that’s it! What data is missing? I’ll find a way to find it.
Has the 10,000-ton zinc acid-making plant been converted to burn pyrite? There are many parts that need to be modified for such a furnace, otherwise the production will not be good.
