The organization and archiving of engineering technical assurance data is one of the essential tasks in construction projects. Its importance is specifically reflected in the following aspects. 1. Engineering technical assurance data is a true reflection of the physical quality of the building. Regardless of the quality of construction raw materials, components, or sub-project quality assessment data, they must objectively reflect the actual construction conditions. 2. Construction project quality management is dynamically relevant, and engineering technical assurance data has become an important basis for pre-control. We can coordinate efforts based on data to accurately achieve quality goals. 3. Engineering technical assurance data is an important basis for determining the quality level of the project. The evaluation standards require that the engineering technical assurance information must be basically complete. The concept of acceptance batch should be clearly defined for concrete strength assessment, different divisions or construction sections should be distinguished, and statistical and non-statistical assessment methods should be correctly used. To ensure the integrity of the data, the following aspects of work should be done. 1. Special personnel should be assigned to collect relevant project information in a timely manner. 2. Relevant project data should be collected based on project quantity, batch size or batch number. 3. The general contractor should collect relevant information from subcontractors. In short, engineering technical assurance data must be basically complete. In addition to timeliness (premise), authenticity (soul), accuracy (core), and completeness (basis), it must also meet the requirements for the organization and preparation of completed drawings and data.: 1. The information must be fully signed, clearly written, of good paper quality, and kept neat and tidy. 2. If the original drawings are used to prepare as-built drawings, the drawings must be at least 80% new, without oil stains or wear and tear, and the drawings and text must be clear, and a completion stamp must be stamped in the blank space in the upper right corner of the title bar before they can be used as as-built drawings. The compiler and technical person in charge of the as-built drawings should sign each one. 4. If there are major changes to the structure, form, or process, the construction unit shall draw as-built drawings according to the actual situation. If the design changes are not significant, the construction unit can modify the changed parts on the original construction drawings and stamp them with a completion stamp as the as-built drawings. 5. When organizing as-built drawings and other materials, they must be organized according to project project, professional category and drawing number, folded into the required format, and the title bar exposed for easy reference. 6. Important information such as drawings and hidden project records must be drawn and written in carbon ink. Reproduction and use of photocopies are prohibited. 7. Text materials should be based on A4 paper, leaving a 2.5 cm wide binding line on the left side, and binding with cotton thread.
