I. Coordination with the client (1) Carry out construction and management in strict accordance with the quality standards and deadline requirements specified in the construction contract, as well as the \"Construction Organization Plan\" approved by the client. (II) Comply with the employer’s instructions and coordination, and actively cooperate with the employer to carry out on-site positioning, marking, and the “three connections and one leveling” tasks. (III) On the 25th of each month, report to the owner in a timely manner on the amount of work completed that month as well as the plans for construction in the following month, seek the owner’s opinions on the schedule, and make adjustments accordingly. (IV) If design changes are required during construction, approval from the owner must be obtained first, followed by confirmation from the design institute. (5) For materials such as major building materials and decorative materials whose costs are not covered by the prescribed rates, procurement is only permitted after the owner has inspected the samples and given approval. (6) Concealed works must undergo on-site inspection and approval by the owner, as well as the issuance of a visa, before they can be concealed. II. Coordination with the supervision engineer’s work (1) Our company will actively cooperate with the supervision engineer and on-site supervision representatives in carrying out all of their duties. (II) Submit in a timely manner to the supervision engineer for approval the permanently fixed engineering drawings, construction schedule, construction organization design, and other documents specified in the contract. So that the supervision engineer can review the suitability and completeness of the design, as well as ensure the availability of all necessary drawings, specifications, calculations, and other relevant documents ； It also enables owners to operate, maintain, demolish, assemble, and adjust the designed permanent structures. (III) Throughout the entire construction process, quality management of the project shall be carried out in strict accordance with the \"Construction Organization Design\" approved by the owner and the supervision engineer. On the basis of the \"self-inspection\" carried out by the cooperating units and the specialized inspections conducted by the general contractor, it shall undergo acceptance and inspection by the supervision engineer, and make necessary corrections in accordance with the supervisor’s requirements. (IV) All finished products, semi-finished products, materials, and equipment that enter the site must voluntarily submit their product certificates or warranty documents to the supervision engineer. For materials that require physical and chemical testing prior to use as specified, the test results must be submitted voluntarily, so as to ensure that the materials and equipment used do not cause any waste in the project. (5) Strictly implement the principle that \"no further work shall proceed if the previous process is not completed successfully,\" to enable supervision engineers to carry out their tasks smoothly. In the event of possible disagreements regarding work, the principle of \"first following the guidance of the supervision engineer and then conducting consultations to reach a consensus\" should be adhered to, so as to maintain the authority of the supervision engineer in on-site quality management. III. Coordination with the design unit (1) Before the project begins, we get in touch with the design institute to gain a better understanding of the design intentions and project requirements, and then submit our own construction plan based on those intentions. (II) Participate in the review of construction drawings, assist the owner in submitting suggestions to the design institute, and improve the design details and equipment selection. (III) During construction, work together with the owner and the design institute in a timely manner to inspect the model units in accordance with the overall schedule and aesthetic requirements, carrying out inspections for individual sections, mid-construction quality checks, and final completion inspections. (IV) Participate, together with the design institute and the owner, in the selection and procurement of equipment, decorative materials, sanitary fixtures, etc., as well as in the acquisition of prototypes for new materials. (5) Whenever changes are required to the design in the drawings, or when there are any unclear aspects or errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or missing elements in the design, a design change order must be submitted and approved by the designers; it is strictly prohibited to make modifications to the design without authorization. IV. Coordination with other units: Exchange information regarding the progress plans of each subcontractor, including the overall plan and monthly plans, to stay informed and make necessary adjustments. V. Coordination Methods (1) Organize coordination meetings between the two parties according to the quality control milestones set out in the overall schedule. Check the implementation status of this node, and formulate, revise, and adjust the implementation requirements for the next node. (II) Assign a part-time liaison in the civil engineering and installation sections to keep the other party informed of the progress of the work and to discuss together matters related to future cooperation (such as reservations, pre-embedding, holes, etc.). At the same time, all employees on site should be educated on finished product protection to ensure product quality. (III) The project management team, in conjunction with the owner’s representatives, will conduct inspections on the quality of the work, site standardization, safe production, civilized construction, measurement practices, project documentation, and raw materials on a regular basis (every half month) or as needed. Necessary reward and penalty systems will be established to reward those who perform well and hold those who underperform accountable, until the contract is terminated. (IV) Provide each other with updates on the construction progress schedules, including overall plans and monthly plans, to stay informed and make necessary adjustments. Each subcontractor for the main works shall follow the general contractor’s schedule for civil engineering work, and all parties shall coordinate with each other; the finalization works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule for installation and finishing tasks, with the civil engineering team providing active support. (5) Hold regular on-site coordination meetings on a weekly basis to resolve any conflicts that arise among the various parties involved in the construction process.
