Where are loop flanges applicable?
Loose flanges are used to provide flexibility in assembly. For example, when connecting to a welded pipe, if both connection flanges are fixed, it is difficult to align the bolt holes. With loose flanges, even if the flanges of the pipes to be connected are not aligned, it is still possible to adjust the loose flanges to ensure smooth assembly.

I agree with the comments above. There is another scenario: for example, in cases where mobile equipment needs to be disassembled and reassembled frequently (as is required for normal operation), using swivel flanges offers significant advantages, as it reduces the requirements for getting the equipment into place and makes the operation easier
