Calculations regarding end caps

I designed the storage tank myself and want to know the calculated dimensions and volume of the elliptical head.
Standard elliptical end caps are available in various series; the length-to-diameter ratio is 2:1, the thickness can be chosen arbitrarily, with the inner diameter serving as the nominal diameter
A formula for calculating the volume of an elliptical head. When calculating the volume of containers, it is sometimes necessary to determine the volume of an elliptical head; if no standard values are available, this empirical formula can be used: Va = 0.1309 × D3. Where Va represents the volume of the elliptical head (excluding the straight sections), and D is the nominal diameter of the head
Standard with end cap JB/T4746-2002
Unless it is a special size, it can generally be found in the standards for end caps. Additionally, the height H of the end cap is equal to D/4, and this H does not include the height of the straight edges.
It’s all listed in the chemical engineering design manuals; there are calculations for different types of end caps
Checking the standards is the most convenient way; as long as it’s not a special-shaped head, that’s fine.
