In order to meet the requirements of lightness and density, the recently popular castable + fiber spray composite lining is used. What do you think of it? What are the suppliers with better quality and reputation in the petrochemical industry?
The composite lining of this combination is not dense. The fiber-sprayed composite lining can well adapt to the drastic temperature changes of the flue gas in the furnace without cracking or falling off.
The castable + fiber spray composite lining is an improvement proposed after the fiber spray lining collapsed in a large area. It violates the law of heat transfer, increases the cost, and replaces the soup without changing the dressing. Let's wait and see, in a few years the results will probably be the same as with the fiber spray lining.
Now there is a new technology, KN insulation board + composite fiber module. The insulation coefficient of KN board is 0.028, and the insulation coefficient of composite fiber lining is about 0.3, which is 10 times. Paste a layer of 20-thick KN board on the furnace wall. The temperature of the furnace wall will be more than 100 degrees lower than the castable + fiber.
As for the castables, I recommend the use of Pelisolid, because I am originally from the purchasing and sales department of Pelisolid:lol :lol In the petrochemical industry, our company has a good reputation and performance both domestically and internationally. We welcome regular exchanges. Email: dcrmonkeys@qq.com
Aluminum silicate polycrystalline fiber board for thermal insulation layer (a new type of thermal insulation material); The working layer is made of heat-resistant and wear-resistant corundum (alumina) castable. This is basically the same type as the one above and has been used in the aluminum industry for many years with good results. The cost is lower than refractory brick lining.
