:Victory: I urgently need to know the production cost per ton of sulfuric acid, (for both acid production from pyrite and sulfur). . Two raw materials are needed for comparison. I earnestly ask all the experts for their help. . . Thank you! ~
Make a comparison based on these limited conditions? What is the scale of the device? Process configuration? Should we install a heat recovery system? How are the sales of sulfur-based acid production steam? All of these affect costs.
Sulfuric acid equipment was installed solely for phosphatic ammonium and calcium hydrogen phosphate, with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year! ~The process involves a “3+2” heat recovery system, with the steam generated in sulfuric acid production being used internally! ~Trouble!
If that is the case, the overall thermal efficiency of the device is very high, and its competitiveness is not an issue.
Oh, I’ve learned something new again, thank you! ~ It’s a shame I’m not at the right level yet; I’ll make up the points for you later! ~
500,000 tons of sulfur for acid production – there isn’t such a scale in China yet, haha. Let Nanhua Institute do the design. The power consumption is 50 kWh; with power generation, the total power consumption is around 75 kWh. If it is a turbine-driven fan, the power consumption is approximately 20 kWh. It’s too complicated; you can create a table based on the requirements, and I’ll help you do the calculations. qingzz1965@126.com
