Removing the programmable valve and installing a bypass for purging should solve the problem in no time; in reality, no engineers would do such a thing. I have some experience to share for reference: 1. Remove all solids larger than 1 MM from the pipes and fittings that need to be welded. 2. It’s best to remove rust first. 3. After grinding or turning the groove, eliminate all solids larger than 1 MM as well as any debris on the edges of the groove. 4. After welding, remove slag as soon as possible; don’t forget to take out the electrodes, welding tips, and other welding equipment from the pipes and fittings. 5. After installation, avoid opening and closing valves casually; use another, non-programmable valve for introducing gas into the system. 6. Blow gas in one direction only, rather than back and forth. By doing this, it’s possible to ensure that the sealing of the valve openings remains intact. If you don’t want the supervision process to be so troublesome, please first create a seal made of inexpensive material; once the gas has been removed, replace it with a proper working seal.

First, check for any issues with the wiring, etc., as well as with the valve installation. Perform ventilation; start with a low pressure level, carry out purging in stages, and gradually increase the pressure during the purging process.
