The freezing point of foam raw liquid is below minus 30 degrees Celsius. With the current winter temperature in my country, there are very few places with temperatures below minus 30 degrees Celsius in winter, and there are no large-scale oil refining companies in those locations. Even in Daqing, the winter temperature does not reach minus 3 degrees Celsius for a few days, so I think it is not meaningful to insulate foam firefighting tanks.
It seems that fire-fighting foam does not need to be insulated.

Foam tanks generally do not need to be insulated, and the freezing point of the original foam solution is below minus 30 degrees Celsius.
