Shandong Liaocheng Luxi Chemical Industry---Methanol production status

Does anyone know the methanol production status of Shandong Liaocheng Luxi Chemical Industry in 2007? The plant seemed to have a production capacity of 200,000 tons before 2007. In 2007, it built a new plant of 200,000 tons. Has the new plant been put into operation?

It has been put into production because the conversion catalyst is ours and was vulcanized on May 1st in 2007. I visited it once in October and the production data was normal. I plan to go there again before the year. If you have any request, I can help.
The new one has not been put into production, it is estimated to be around May Day.
