I. Applications The submersible centrifugal aerator is used for aeration and oxygenation in biological treatment processes in various sewage treatment projects, such as aeration tanks, sedimentation tanks with aeration, pre-aeration tanks, and aerobic nitrification tanks, as well as for oxygenation in aquaculture ponds. II. Principle The submersible centrifugal aerator uses direct drive between the motor and the impeller; the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller displaces the water around it, creating a low-pressure area that draws in water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller, allowing air to be drawn in. In the mixing chamber, the air and water mix thoroughly to form a uniform air-water mixture, which is then rapidly discharged under the action of centrifugal force. 　　Due to the extremely strong water jet, an effective water circulation is created, which cuts the air into numerous tiny bubbles. It greatly increases its surface area, and since the bubbles rise slowly, a large amount of oxygen from the air dissolves into the water, resulting in higher mechanical efficiency compared to other types of aerators. III. Features 　　1. Unique air mixing chamber design that allows for greater amounts of air to be drawn in, resulting in excellent mixing and high oxygen utilization efficiency ； 　　2. The gas-water mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at a specific angle, causing the water flow to move in a spiral pattern horizontally and then upward, thereby providing stirring action while aeration takes place ； 　　3. The unit operates by sinking into water, producing no noise. A silencer can be installed on the water surface of the intake pipe to enhance the noise reduction effect. IV. Structural Features 1. An underwater motor that utilizes sealing technology imported from Swedish Flyl brand submersible motors ； 　　2. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, resulting in a simple structure, high efficiency, and long service life ； 　　3. A meshed water inlet can be added to prevent foreign objects from entering the device and causing unnecessary damage ； 　　4. The air intake volume can be adjusted via the air intake valve ； 　　5. Apart from the motor, other components are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.
