What does poor loading condition look like? Is it the bearing noise or something else? This situation is rare. If you know the reason, could you tell us so that we can learn from it? :lol
This situation is common. Is there something wrong with your motor? High current? Is the bearing making noise? Is the bearing overheating? Is the motor body overheating? Is the motor making noise? Is the speed decreasing?
Sometimes it’s a problem with the excitation center; it isn’t detectable under no-load conditions but appears only when a load is applied. In such cases, it can only be resolved by reprocessing it.
As mentioned on the 4th floor, could you be more specific? If the issue is resolved, it could also help me with my future work.
