Acid with a concentration of 105 can be added, mixed in proportion. It is also possible to absorb SO3 in a sulfuric acid plant.

To concentrate sulfuric acid, it is possible to use hot flue gas with a bubbling concentration process (direct heat transfer) or an indirect heat transfer concentration process (such as using steam as the heat medium); If 75% is used directly as the absorbing acid and then concentrated to 98% (this is theoretically possible but not in practice, as using 75% as an absorbing acid generates a large amount of acid mist).

A more feasible method is vacuum concentration, which requires tantalum-based equipment for evaporation in order to obtain sulfuric acid at a concentration of 93%-96%. Reaching a concentration of 96% demands some imported equipment, resulting in higher costs compared to concentrating it to 93%.
