Is the quality of the various specifications of instruments produced by these companies significantly different from the instruments produced by their European and American companies? The price of imported equipment is definitely high； The quality of imported equipment and instruments may not always be good. You must choose a good manufacturer. The equipment and instruments of a good manufacturer must be better than domestic ones and have stable performance. ； For those with low usage requirements, domestic products can be used, but imported ones are better for key parts.
If you want to use automatic control, use a good one. It is better not to use a low-quality instrument.
Domestic products are not necessarily bad, they just started a little late. Domestic products should be supported.
The key thing, especially the important chain stores, is it better to buy them from abroad?

There are more imported ones. For some major instruments and equipment, it is recommended to purchase imported ones, because the technology is mature after all, but the price will definitely be high. Domestic ones can generally be used. I once went to a factory to practice.* However, the instruments in the first phase are all imported and have been running for more than ten years, with basically no major problems. However, the second phase project was only started in the past two years. Most of the instruments selected are domestic, and the quality is not as good as the imported ones, so the key instruments are still imported. For some general equipment, you can choose domestic ones.
Support domestically produced products. If you can use domestically produced things, stick to domestically produced products. However, it is necessary to use other people’s products for some things.
The quality of domestic instruments is getting better and better now. The quality of imported instruments is good, but the price is high and the delivery time is long. Besides, imported instruments are not necessarily the best, and there are many problems.
In key areas, domestic products are still not too tough.

In some aspects, I like to use domestic instruments, such as liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, temperature instruments, regulating valves, flow meters, DCS, etc. I personally think that domestic instruments can fully meet production needs. There is no problem in using domestic instruments in process control rooms. In some non-important occasions, domestic transmitters can also fully meet the requirements. To meet the needs, the ESD system and mass flow meter are imported. Most of the instruments I commonly use are made in China and are in good condition. Domestic instruments have another great advantage, which is service. Timely and accurate service is a necessary condition for safe and stable production. I have often used FOXBORO's DCS system 1 CP60 It broke and was sent to the manufacturer for repair. Three months later it was not repaired. The second CP60 was broken and had to shut down the unit. The next day they airlifted a CP60, but it had already caused an accident, so the imported product may not necessarily be good.
The key is to choose the manufacturer. The imported products are all well-known large manufacturers, so the quality is of course guaranteed.
For items 2 and 3, I personally feel that domestically produced products cannot be compared with imported ones.
Agreed, domestically produced temperature, regulating valves, DCS, liquid level gauges, orifice plates, etc. are completely satisfactory. However, after using pressure instruments for so long, I feel that there is still a certain gap between domestically produced ones. I use a lot of EJA pressure transmitters, and their performance is relatively reliable. However, I visited Sichuan Instruments and found that the key components are still imported from Japan and are only assembled in China :(
Take E+H as an example. The quality and performance of the original ones are excellent, but after domestic assembly they become garbage. Even the zero-point drift caused by temperature changes cannot be solved.
