Is it easy to find a design institute after working in the design department of a factory?

I work in the design department of our company. Now we have many new projects, some of which are designed by ourselves. Some time ago, I was responsible for designing a small project by myself (the leader handed all the materials to me, no matter the process, piping, layout, materials, etc., I produced them according to the standards of the design institute. The leader is very satisfied with me, an employee of one and a half years, and I have also I learned a lot in middle school), I now have a lot of opportunities to exercise here, and I also like to do design, but I heard that our unit will be very busy when the company is not expanding. I don’t want to waste my time at a young age, so I would like to ask, is it easy for someone like me to find a design institute after several years of work experience? I am a craftsman, and now I am doing both piping and craftsmanship in the company.
It should be easy to find, but it’s better to go to production stations to understand the situation. Just theory won’t do it.

If the original poster does not want to waste time, I think the time arrangement of factory design institutes should be more reasonable.
