Our company has just installed a set of 80 tons of wax oil hydrogenation. The lean amine liquid required for circulating hydrogen desulfurization is sent from the catalytic absorption stabilization station. The rich amine liquid is flashed and then returned to the catalytic regeneration. If the injection amount is too much, it will increase the load on the catalytic regeneration. If the amount is less, the desulfurization effect will not be good. How to control the injection amount of the lean amine liquid? ?
When hydrogen is sufficient, you can consider increasing the exhaust gas emissions to reduce the catalytic regeneration load. Also consider whether it is more cost-effective to regenerate or to emit emissions: lol
Of course, regeneration is cost-effective, and the cost of hydrogen production equipment is so high! :L
Then you should have an idea of how to operate it. How do you calculate the cost-effectiveness of regeneration? How big do you think Chi should be? Do you still have to ask? Isn’t this difficult for brothers?
Do you see what question I asked? Don't go too far! Is it to earn points? Is there any benefit to replying more? Then I’ll go back once too! :P  :@ :L ;P
It seems like it’s hard for no one to care about you except me, so I pity you: lol
The brother on the 1st floor responded to your post as a guest. Why don’t you appreciate it? No one will dare to talk to you anymore:P
Your company must hire someone to do the math, otherwise, how could your project be accepted?
No one can say how much is needed. The concentration of the amine liquid changes and the circulating gas hydrogen sulfide also changes. It depends on the specific operation. I think the first is to look at the analysis results, and the second is to look at the press cycle volume. If the amine liquid volume is increased and the circulation volume is still very high, it means that the purity of the circulating hydrogen is low, and you can release more. Otherwise, it is uneconomical to adjust the circulating hydrogen by releasing it.
Thank you, our installation has not started yet, now I want to ask how it will be operational when the time comes.
Can't say anything useful, just a bunch of nonsense
