What catalyst is used in each of your devices? What is the catalyst consumption per unit when the properties of the raw material are at their worst or best?
The average is 1 kg per ton of raw material.
We usually use a value between 1.2 and 1.8; of course, when the oil quality is good, it can be as low as 0.8
We use the LB0 olefin reduction catalyst produced by Lanzhou Catalyst Factory, with a catalyst consumption of 0.6 kg/t
Currently, it’s best to achieve 0.4; this is related to both design and operation~~~

I think it’s not useful to focus solely on unit consumption; what matters is the overall efficiency. There is no need to sacrifice the product distribution for the specific consumption of a catalyst. A high consumption of catalyst per unit, coupled with high overall efficiency, is not necessarily a bad thing
