1. Determine the furnace to be used for synthesis; different types of synthesis furnaces are selected depending on the intended use. Currently, the commonly used ones are two-in-one and three-in-one types; 2. Determine the production capacity, and then work with the manufacturer to arrange the necessary equipment: furnaces, relevant heat exchangers, absorption towers, etc ; 3. Related design: Process calculation, determination of the process flow, and preparation of process flow diagrams for pipelines and equipment ; 4. Determine the horizontal and vertical layout of equipment on site ; 5. Implement the one-time requirements for other related specialties ; 6. Provide feedback on secondary conditions when necessary ; 7. Over time, if the original poster has any specific requirements, they can mention them then. Thank you. The main equipment such as the furnace and exhaust tower has been selected, and the general process flow is also clear. Now the obstacle lies in the design of the pipes, valves, and control system. Are there any design materials available for reference in this area? ? Hope someone knowledgeable can provide it! !
The following points are provided as reminders for the poster: 1. In terms of the process flow, buffer tanks and pressure control safety systems must be installed for chlorine and hydrogen gases prior to the synthesis furnace. 2. Regarding pipeline materials, FRP can be used for hydrochloric acid pipelines; if there is residual chlorine, 16Mn should be used for the pipelines. 3. Control systems, mainly including the flame monitoring system, the chlorine-hydrogen flow ratio control system, and the exhaust gas emission control system.
As long as you have production data and product quality metrics, all the design work will be done for you; you just need to carry out the civil construction according to the blueprints and get ready for installation. :handshake b13962096400@126.com
