Regarding the scoring criteria

The scoring criteria released by the cleaner on December 10 include the following statement: I believe that helping others solve their problems should be the ultimate goal of communication and discussion; if a problem can be resolved completely, the highest score should be given for it. In-depth discussion comes next, followed by active participation. So, could we consider adjusting these score rules? Of course, perhaps I haven’t yet understood the spirit of a cleaner.
I generally agree with the view that helping others solve problems earns high scores, but the problems should involve a certain level of technical complexity.
