What material is A516-70 N?

The material of the medium-high pressure ammonia storage tank is A516-70 N. A516-70 is equivalent to 16MnR in China; so what exactly is A516-70 N? I’ve searched through lots of materials but couldn’t find it; I’m turning to this forum for help – thanks!

A516-70 is an ASME material; the letter N indicates a normalized material, and sometimes the suffix M is added to denote metric units – for example: SA516M Gr.485 (equivalent to SA516 Gr.70)
