Our factory uses pyrite to make sulfuric acid. After one puff, the flue gas still contains 0.8--1.8% SO2 and cannot be vented. In the past, we used lime milk to suck it, but now the acid is more expensive. I would like to suggest that the factory use two-stage suction instead of two-stage suction. It should have been changed a long time ago. Nowadays, there are very few devices with one turn and one suction. If the tail suction product has a bad outlet, it is better to change it.
My company used to use one rotation and one suction, but now the environmental protection requirements are much stricter than before. If the control is good, the two rotations and two suctions can still meet the standard even if the tail suction is not opened, and it can save lime. Of course, the larger the amount of smoke, the more cost-effective it is. ; From a technical point of view, the main focus is on self-heat balance. If the self-heat balance cannot be achieved, it is not cost-effective to turn on the electric furnace to maintain thermal balance.
Such a high SO2 concentration should be changed to two turns and two inhalations.
