Coal blending must be reasonable, and you cannot burn any coal randomly. If the coal quality is poor, it cannot be dealt with immediately. There must be a period. Now the price of coal has increased, and coal is still in short supply. When we buy coal, we often give you some low-quality coal. There is nothing you can do if you don't want it. If you don't want the bad ones, we won't give you the good ones. So you have to pay more attention when using coal. We are mixing coal. At the same time, the source is also being tightened. The entrance to the factory must be inspected. We would rather pay more for coal than buy low-quality coal.

It may be that the water-cooled wall is coked. Stop and inspect for further treatment. 3. If it still doesn’t work, the most likely reason is that the heating area of your boiler is not enough. Find the manufacturer to solve the problem.

If the coal quality is not good, the only way to increase the load is to rely on operation. Increase the primary air, increase the secondary air, open the induced air to maintain negative pressure, and increase the coal supply. Of course, this cannot solve the fundamental problem. It can be done for a short time, but it will cause damage to the equipment over time.
