In gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units, the main component is the hydrogenation reactor. In coking units, there are radial pumps and coking furnaces. In catalytic units, there are coaxial catalytic reaction regenerators, turbines, steam turbines, etc. The level of importance is determined by the significance of each component within the unit; for example, if the coking furnace develops coke deposits, it can have a significant impact on the entire unit.
The hydrogenation unit also includes: feed oil pumps and desalination water pumps. The product distillation column is equipped with a boiling furnace, a high-pressure separator, and a low-pressure separator. The catalyst system comprises an enriched gas compressor along with a steam turbine. The hydrogen production unit includes: fresh hydrogen compressors, recycle hydrogen compressors, a feed preheater, a cobalt-molybdenum reactor, a desulfurization reactor, a transformer, and a conversion furnace
