In the process of producing methanol from gas, the raw gas is first vaporized; after it passes the conversion process and meets the required standards, it enters the purification stage. There, the gas components necessary for methanol synthesis are obtained, and then this gas is fed into a synthesis compressor to be compressed to the desired pressure before being sent to the synthesis tower for methanol production! The specific compression pressure must be determined based on the gasification pressure! For example, if the pressure in the gasification furnace is 4.0 MPa, then a synthesis pressure of 5.5 MPa will suffice; if the pressure in the gasification furnace is 6.0 MPa, then a synthesis pressure of 8.5 MPa is required! With the increasing adoption of domestic production for chemical equipment, most chemical companies now use centrifugal compressors manufactured by Shenyang Blower Factory!
