When equipment exceeds size limits, transportation becomes a significant challenge. For cases where transportation is indeed impossible due to these size constraints, corresponding measures must be taken in equipment manufacturing, such as on-site production. However, the processing conditions required for on-site equipment manufacturing are often difficult to meet – how can this issue be resolved? I invite all experts to share their insights! Then don’t do it. It can’t be transported, and the conditions for processing are also lacking. Outsource it to someone else

I agree with what was said above; it’s not a technical issue – it’s simply that your hardware is insufficient. No matter how good the technology is, it’s useless without the right tools; even the most skilled cook can’t prepare a meal without ingredients.
If production must be carried out on-site, it is possible to find construction companies with the appropriate capabilities to handle the task; it would be best if they provided their own construction equipment, although this might result in higher costs.
The situation on site will be very difficult; unless one first contacts manufacturers with manufacturing capabilities who are willing to invest in providing the necessary processing and manufacturing equipment, or else investigates whether any available equipment and conditions exist locally before negotiating with manufacturers. If none of these conditions can be met, then the only option is to consider changing the design by replacing one oversized device with two smaller ones.
The manufacturer will be required to set up a processing workshop on site, or rent a workshop on site/local (of course, the client will have to pay more for this).

In general, oversized equipment should be transported as a whole whenever possible. Our 800-ton hydrogenation reactors are first shipped by sea and then transported by land. On-site welding has a significant impact on the quality of the equipment, making it difficult to ensure its quality. If such conditions are not available, there are precedents for transporting the equipment in sections and then welding them together; it’s worth investing extra money to improve the on-site conditions.
