Currently, the market demands high-quality products; therefore, various processing plants need to use modern technologies to improve product quality while simultaneously reducing production costs and processing time. Using a singeing machine is a great option for achieving improved service characteristics of high quality. After burning off the short hairs on the outside of the yarn, the fabric becomes smooth and even, which improves its quality as well as its resistance to dirt. Hair removal also reduces pilling in the fabric, and it is an essential step in the pre-treatment process. Of course, after the fabric has been singed, if it is immediately immersed in the desizing solution, the desizing process will be easier and faster. The best singeing results are always associated with good fabric pretreatment. In the impregnation process, it is necessary to use a consistent concentration of chemicals and make the appropriate adjustments to the flame, depending on the fabric being processed. The Italian Maserella singeing machine produces good results without leaving any traces of singeing, and it also causes no damage to heat-sensitive fibers such as polyester. A common problem that arises in this process is that most of the unwanted short fibers do not come out of the weft yarns that have not been desized; due to the presence of sizing, they remain stuck in the fabric. A good singeing machine must ensure that the flame does not flicker; it should be intense and uniform, capable of burning even the toughest fibers. Further design two nozzles to provide sufficient heat and power to ensure singeing. The nozzles, combined with air and natural gas, constitute the heart of the singeing machine; the two nozzles ensure a uniform distribution of the flame across their cross-section. The flame can be adjusted without reducing the singeing quality. Roughening machines can be used to process any type of fabric, especially cotton and polyester fabrics, although these two fibers react very differently to flames. The natural gas pressure is 70 millibars; therefore, the combustion gases are supplied by an appropriate blower. An air and natural gas mixture is blended to the desired degree by a powerful mixer (controlled by a proportional mixing valve), thereby ensuring perfect combustion and uninterrupted operation. The horizontally pneumatically controlled nozzle can be fine-tuned and placed in any channel through which the fabric passes; its usual position is at the tangent angle of the fabric guide roller, so as to achieve slight singeing of the surface and the removal of small fibers – this makes it very suitable for processing thin fabrics ; Located on the front side of the water-cooled roller, it keeps the back side of the fabric at a relatively cool temperature as the fabric passes over the cooling roller; this is suitable for processing synthetic fibers and fabrics that are sensitive to heat ; It is placed in front of the water-cooled roller, perpendicular to the fabric; at this position, the singeing effect is optimal, making it most suitable for natural fibers. The channels and cooling systems in the fabric, along with the different feeding methods, result in varying singeing effects; singeing on the front side of the fabric is achieved using a single flame. During the singeing process, the temperature of the fabric guide roller is reduced by a temperature control circulation system; there are two cooling systems: a nozzle cooling system, with two water pipes running in the direction of the nozzle. When the burner is burning, water is automatically poured in, and it is also automatically shut off a few seconds after the burner is turned off. The fabric passes not just through two burners, but also through a series of cooling rollers. A water pump can circulate cooling water in a closed loop to prevent dew formation on the surface of the fabric guide rollers. If the temperature exceeds the set value, the flame will automatically go out and the machine will stop. The fabric’s bristle system features an effective bristle arrangement that removes impurities from the fabric before singeing. This emitter discharges the dust generated during the processing. This device consists of 2 fans under the singeing machine cover and two ventilation ducts. All the safety and control devices of the singeing machine can be set precisely, and the data can be stored and retrieved for use in future production. Furthermore, it is now fully automatically controlled; if any error occurs, the machine stops, minimizing the risk.
