Hello everyone, I am a newbie. I have just entered the industry. Now I am encountering a problem. I need to design a molecular sieve storage tank for a catalyst factory. They require it to be made of concrete. I am a little confused. So is this storage tank made by a professional equipment? Or is it something related to civil engineering? It seems that the equipment major mainly deals with metal containers, but this is obviously equipment. I wonder if the civil engineering major can do it?
If you only consider the structural reliability of the tank, and there are no other requirements such as chemical stability, corrosion resistance, etc., the civil engineering design should be able to handle it.

This classification is not so strict. Just do it if you can do it in that major, and stay closer to the equipment.

Civil construction is done, why not? Although this is part of the equipment, it must be made using civil construction methods. As long as you follow the design, it should meet the requirements.
