Here, it is mainly used to measure the density of the slurry in order to control product quality. The main components of this slurry are titanium solutions such as Ti(SO4)2 and TiOSO4; the concentration is generally kept between 230–260 g/L. The medium is highly corrosive. In the past, differential pressure methods were used for measuring density, but they did not work well. Now we want to adopt online measurement methods, but we have yet to find a suitable approach or product for this purpose. Design your own weighing system + container + piping, and weigh it each time the container overflows (and the contents flow out automatically); If the overflow capacity is greater than the inflow capacity, a stable dynamic can be formed, allowing for online measurement.
