1. Install an overpressure alarm device for filling to ensure that the pressure reached when the gas cylinder is filled, adjusted to 20°C, does not exceed the allowable operating pressure of the cylinder； 2. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be calibrated regularly to ensure they remain sensitive and accurate ； 3. A residual pressure of 0.5 MPa or more must remain in the bottle after use ； 4. No leaks are allowed when filling gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen ； 10. To limit the filling speed of gas cylinders, the number of cylinders filled in a single batch shall not be reduced arbitrarily, nor shall empty cylinders be inserted for filling during the filling process ； 11. During the gas cylinder filling process, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature of the cylinder wall by touching it with the hand; if anything abnormal is detected, filling should be stopped immediately. During oxygen charging, the temperature of the gas cylinder must not exceed 60°C. 12. Oxygen and hydrogen must use error-proof connection fittings and filling fixtures to prevent the mixing of combustible gases with oxidizing gases. 13. It is strictly prohibited to change the coloring of various gas cylinders in use; care must be taken to avoid incorrect installation or use ； When gas cylinders are placed upright, measures should be taken to prevent them from tipping over. 14.
