Who knows about the progress of Zhongtian Hechuang? Please share your thoughts
The Development and Reform Commission has given approval for the Zhongtian Hechuang project; a feasibility study on the dimethyl ether delivery pipeline is currently in progress, while the land grading work has not yet begun. In addition, the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute is carrying out a master plan
Many of the sub-projects under this initiative are in the preliminary design phase; the senior management team for the project has been established, and recruitment is underway for those who will be responsible for specific tasks. The coal-related part of this project has been assigned to Handan and Xi’an, while the chemical processing aspect has been entrusted to the Fifth Chemical Research Institute; the detailed tasks have not yet been divided up, and eventually each ministry-affiliated facility should get its share.
