How to troubleshoot and solve the top circulation evacuation of coking fractionation tower

In the coking unit of our plant (1.2 million tons/year), the top circulation pump has been frequently pumped out recently, especially when the processing capacity is severe. The main pumping occurs after changing the tower, and sometimes the pumping phenomenon occurs even without operation. The normal tower top pressure is about 0.11MPa. If the tower top pressure rises above 0.125MPa, pumping out occurs. Only reducing the volume or the tower top load can suppress the occurrence of pumping down. Please give guidance on the reasons for the pumping down and how to find and analyze it.
Increase the top circulation extraction temperature appropriately to see if this can solve the problem.
