It can’t be said that elementary school students can’t give their opinions. What kind of society is this these days? A diploma doesn’t mean everything; there are things that children understand and dare to speak about, but adults may not know or dare to say. There are things that farmers know while college students don’t, and there are things that students are aware of but their teachers haven’t noticed – all of this is quite normal. Therefore, it’s suggested that speaking up is everyone’s right; as long as one has a valid reason, no one will oppose you!
Is there a rule saying that elementary school students can’t comment?
There is no mention here of elementary school students; only those who are unwilling to make an effort and pretend to know things will be abandoned

As long as it’s not just pretending to be competent, that’s fine. If you don’t understand something, learn more, watch more, and ask more questions – that’s how everyone has gotten where they are.
