What do the pipe fittings NIPPLE PBE/POE/TOE mean, and where can I find this information? Please ask someone who is familiar with this to help!

PBE should be Plain Both End Swage PBE / BLE / TSE Swage – Elbow sizes: L-LARGE, S-SMALL, B-Beveled, P-Plain
In the pipeline grade table, there are two items: Nipple PBE and Swage PBE. I’m not sure how to distinguish between these two – what kind of fittings or reducers do they refer to? Please advise!
