Selection of intermittent vacuum drying equipment for wet materials with a melting point of 60–65°C

Please help me make a choice. The material in question is an organic substance with a melting point of 60–65°C and a water content of about 1–3%. I intend to use a batch vacuum drying process to dry this material, with each batch consisting of approximately 50–100 kg of material. To reduce the moisture content of the material after drying to less than 0.1%, what type of dryer would be suitable? Thank you!
One more thing: for materials with a drying melting point of 60–65°C, what temperature should be set for the vacuum drying oven to be appropriate? What should be a reasonable ultimate vacuum level for the vacuum pump to be used? If a mechanical vacuum pump is to be used, what type of vacuum pump would be more appropriate? Is it heated with hot water, or can other methods be used? Is electric heating an option? Thank you!
