Yesterday I went to the small auditorium of the Great Hall of the People to participate in the China Industrial Award Commendation Ceremony. The award was jointly initiated by twelve national industry associations (federations) including the China Federation of Industrial Economics. The selection process was officially launched in July 2005. It adheres to high standards and emphasizes less but more. After several iterations and repeated deliberation, it was finally produced. The China Industry Award is a comprehensive award in my country's industrial field. Its purpose is to implement the scientific outlook on development and encourage enterprises to take a new industrialization path. Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation won the "China Industry Award"” ； Four companies including Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., Shenhua Group Co., Ltd., Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd., and three projects including China National Nuclear Corporation Qinshan Nuclear Power Phase II Project, Wanxiang Group Co., Ltd. automotive universal joint, and Xuji Group Co., Ltd. high-voltage DC transmission control protection and converter valve, won the "China Industry Award Commendation Award." The award is initiated and organized by 12 national industry associations (federations) including the China Federation of Industrial Economics.
